Fees

The EDBT/ICDT 2014 conference registration includes access to the scientific programme, conference documentation, coffee and lunches according to the programme, welcome reception (March 25, 2014) at the New Acropolis Museum (www.theacropolismuseum.gr/en), conference dinner (March 26, 2014) and workshop day (March 28, 2014).

Students are required to bring along a proof of their status.

Additional tickets for accompanying persons (including welcome reception and social dinner) can be obtained with an extra charge of 50 Eur for early registrations and 60 Eur during the conference.

There are two deadlines for cancelling your registration. Refunding of registrations will be accepted for cancellation of registrations until February 10 2014. Up to March 10 2014 the 50% of registration fees will be refunded. No refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after March 11 2014, nor for no-shows for any reasons. All refunds will be processed after the end of the Congress.

In order to be entitled to the early bird rate, the payment must be done by February, 9th 2014. It is NOT sufficient to send the filled registration form without evidence of payment.

Please take a few moments to fill in the following information. Knowing your arrival and departure approximate dates will help us in planning conference room size and social events. We remark that Lunches, Social Events, and Workshop participation will be included in the Conference Fee. Thank you for your collaboration.

    Name and date of birth as it appears on your passport
    Passport number and country of citizenship
    If you are the author of any papers or demos accepted for the conference, please provide the title

and, as soon as you have completed the conference registration, we will email you a visa support letter in pdf.
